After some time as a Deal Specialist I was awarded a Senior title for my leadership beyond my independent contributor role. I am responsible for providing advanced deal strategy with our Account Executives, supporting upwards of 200 Account Executives across various time zones and territories. I am involved often and early with large, enterprise sized deals that require non-standard order form customizations. I am well versed in comprehending, dissecting, and compiling commercial terms. I have a deep understanding of the quote to cash process as well as deal to system operationalization. I have knowledge in pricing strategy, and calculating gross margins/profit margins. As needed, I also provide reporting out of various systems like Looker, Salesforce, Zuora, and Tableau. These functions allowed me to work closely with cross-functional stakeholders that include Legal, Billing, Finance, and Product teams and I am relied upon for process improvement it the Q2C cycle. I have become a key contributor for process improvement across the organization as I am a subject matter expert in various aspects in SaaS business.
