I am the Director of Strategy at Stella’s Circle, a community organization in St. John’s, NL dedicated to transforming lives through housing, employment, and mental health services. In this role, I lead organizational strategy to strengthen social impact, advance racial and social equity, and ensure long-term sustainability.I am particularly passionate about building strong community partnerships and working alongside frontline staff, service users, and advocacy groups to confront structural inequities. My work is rooted in a commitment to justice, equity, and community empowerment. At Stella’s Circle, I focus on aligning strategic priorities with lived realities and expertise, creating pathways that allow people to thrive, and embedding a focus on social justice and equity into every level of the organization.
