About Tari Owei
I am a graduate from Southern University at New Orleans with a Masters in Computer Information Systems. The beauty of IT is the way it can solve everyday business challenges and improve peoples lives.I am passionate about new, technological advancement in the tech industry and I want to learn more in terms of how to figure out what else I can do with IT in order to help better the lives of those around me. I do enjoy the hands on approach that comes with IT knowing that it has a good mixture of business/management and IT experience. I am also certified in AWS Academy Cloud Foundations having completed the AWS Academy Cloud Foundations course.I also have a solid background in theatre arts, film, directing and producing from well- known institutions such as the Academy of Arts University in San Francisco and the New York Film Academy, Los Angeles, as well as Theatre Arts at the University of South Florida, Tampa.At my last internship at Sean Daniels Company/Mythos Media, makers of THE WITCHER and Guillermo del Toro’s SCARY STORIES TO TELL IN THE DARK, I did learn the business side of the industry where producers package a project with writers and directors and get projects ready for production and I realized that I am also interested in the business side of the entertainment industry.
