Benefits Accounting Specialist: Ensure proper accounting of revenue and expenses on monthly basis based on claims from Health Insurance carriers. Maintain quarterly inventory of carrier contracts between TriNet and benefits carriers, while tracking changes to plans and reporting to Accounting Director. Facilitate quarterly audit requirements for proper SOX compliance. Reconcile and maintain carrier accounts including COBRA related charges and refunds.
