Provides aftermarket services support to Kohler, residential, and light commercial direct authorized dealers.Tasked with ownership of all aftermarket (post sales) deliverables at the authorized dealer and end-user levels. Help develop and execute on Kohler dealer, direct model, which is aimed at providing all end users with an educated and trusted service support network across the US and Canada. Works with each authorized dealer with the assigned region to set annual aftermarket development plans, which include service board, inventories, interns, service, contracts, training and certification achievement, targeted warranty, reduction, consideration, and increase problem resolution efficiencies.Works directly with dealers to achieve timely completion of the service/product campaigns, and other initiatives.
