My expertise include working with senior leaders to influence and shape their communications, to colleagues, delivering strategic campaign, use data driven insights to track performance and drive improvements, and managing complex stakeholder networks.Key achievements from my 14 years experience include receiving the 2022 IoIC award for ‘Best new or relaunched channel’, guest speaker at the IoIC 2023 annual conference. I was also interviewed for Voice Magazine, sharing my experience in using text services to reach greater audiences.
