As a Senior Project Manager at Beyond Education, an initiative hosted by the Learning Planet Institute, my mission is to bridge the gap between education, technology, and social impact, empowering learners and educators to thrive in a rapidly evolving world. I lead the global expansion and implementation of digital education products. In this role, I have strategic responsibility, overseeing everything from creating efficient operational processes to hands-on management of product execution and quality assurance.Day-to-day, I focus on:• Project Management: Plan, organize, and execute multiple assessment projects, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timelines.• Client and Stakeholder Relations: Manage relationships with clients and external partners, ensuring effective communication and coordination of strategic meetings.• Technology Collaboration: Work closely with the tech team to oversee platform management, including project calendars and data entry.• Training and Support: Develop and deliver training for educators and school leaders, providing ongoing client support throughout projects.• Process Improvement: Collect and analyze client feedback, proposing process improvements and contributing to the enhancement of products and platforms with a focus on user experience and operational efficiency.• Team Well-being and Integration: Organize team-building activities, wellness-focused events, and regular happiness check-ins to foster a healthy and collaborative work environment.
