   Support the day-to-day operations and strategic development of Rivian’s enterprise learning technologies, with a focus on the LMS- Oversee daily administration, governance, and technical management of Rivian’s LMS and skills platforms- Program manage LMS integrations with internal/external systems, including API coordination- Diagnose and resolve system issues (e.g, login errors, integration issues, user access)- Launch enterprise-wide training programs (compliance, manufacturing, and general learning)- Automate training assignment and communication processes to increase efficiency- Test and implement new system features, updates, and configurations- Communicate change management plans and new feature rollouts to stakeholders- Provide consultative support to bridge business needs with LMS capabilities- Upload, configure, and report on learning content (courses, ILT, tests, surveys, etc.)- Serve as SME and trainer for decentralized LMS administrators- Create SOPs, job aids, and system training materials for admins and end-users- Develop and maintain dashboards and data visualizations for learning analytics- Monitor system performance and ensure seamless user experience- Recommend enhancements based on feedback, trends, and system usage data- Support overflow work and vendor coordination for system-related tasks
