Hi! I\'m Tara, a licensed clinical social worker passionate about the human condition especially for athletes. I\'m particularly committed to working with teenage athletes and athletes navigating identity-related stressors (LGBTQ and BIPOC). I founded Finish Line Mindset in 2020 as a safe haven for teens and adults who remind me of my own journey. I know what it’s like to need support, to hope someone will really see you through mental health struggles. We all deserve that: to be heard, to be received, to be seen. At Finish Line Mindset, our approach blends mental skills training, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care with real talk, because performance and well-being go hand in hand. Whether I’m working with teen athletes, college teams, or parents, I focus on connection, culture, environment, and long-term support.
