With over 17 years of experience spanning subsurface engineering, operations leadership, and strategic development, I am passionate about optimizing performance — in systems, teams, and outcomes.Throughout my career in the energy sector, I have led multidisciplinary initiatives that balance technical excellence with business strategy. As Scrum Master and project leader for Canadian Operations, I managed the execution delivery of complex capital programs ($450MM+) while enhancing cross-functional collaboration across land, subsurface, drilling, completions, and facilities. My approach centers on continuous improvement, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making to maximize value and drive sustainable results.I thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments where innovation is essential — whether improving processes, empowering teams, or translating insights into strategic action. With a strong foundation in AGILE methodologies, project management, and stakeholder engagement, I bring a proactive, results-driven mindset to every challenge.In addition to my corporate leadership experience, I am passionate about advancing visibility for women in STEM and fostering environments where innovation and representation go hand-in-hand. Most recently, I founded Simply Sorted, a STEM amplification brand designed to celebrate, empower, and inspire women and girls to take up space at the STEM table. I am also the co-host of (Fe)male Dominated podcast; a platform where we hold space for important conversations that speak into the female experience working in male dominated workplaces.At the intersection of technical excellence and creative leadership, I’m excited to continue building, innovating, and making meaningful impact.
