I am a Treasury and Balance Sheet Risk leader with 20 years’ experience across global banking and central banking.My focus is IRRBB, structural hedging and ALM strategy, where I advise senior stakeholders on managing interest rate risk, optimising balance sheets and delivering regulatory change.I have led major transformations including Santander UK’s LIBOR transition, on delivering HSBC’s global IRRBB structural hedge strategy (~$540bn), and previously managed over £100bn of QE operations at the Bank of England.I work with executive teams, ALCO and regulators to solve complex treasury and risk challenges.
