College Experience: I interned with a 501 c3 non-profit, Start Caring Wellness. During the internship I assisted the Marketing Director in putting on the Largest Outdoor Children\'s event in Texas. I also have many years of strong leadership/team building experience, as well as 2 years of experience in customer service.Post College: I began working at Nationstar/Mr. Cooper as an Account Representative and quickly moved into management within my first year. Over the past 10 years I’ve worked in Call Center Operations focusing on the customer experience by incorporating best in class service by improving quality assurance and training practices. I work hands on with multiple support teams to ensure we are providing a great experience for both our customers and our team members.After 15 years with Mr. Cooper, we began the merge with Rocket Mortgage. I am excited for this opportunity and we look forward to BIG things.
