Leading the introduction of flexi-boarding, expanding day places, and redeveloping our 11+ and 13+ Admissions policy to strengthen our strategic position. Working in close partnership with the Marketing Manager, I have led high-impact campaigns to elevate the school’s profile and sharpen our market presence. In my current role as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, I help shape the school’s direction and strategy, driving growth in pupil numbers, increasing diversity within the pupil body, and encouraging innovation to support long-term success.I have a strong track record in pupil recruitment, delivering effective marketing campaigns, fundraising, and building partnerships at 11+ and 13+.
