Lead a team of 60 professionals responsible for HR service delivery and the business partner function for the Health Systems employees. This includes employees of Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Marina del Rey Hospital and our Medical Network Foundation groups. Support enterprise and divisional business objectives by establishing a strategic orientation for HR service delivery. Responsible for execution of HR People Strategies by partnering with HR Centers of Excellence and Medical Center leadership and integrating all HR functional service delivery to business units. Accountable for leading efforts to improve the employee experience within the Medical Center through strengthening the Medical Centers ability to attract, develop, reward and retain top talent. Oversee physician contracting and compensation including performance management and merit cycles. Review new and existing compensation to market and/or critical needs of the organization and ensures incentive compensation programs are well defined based on established measures that align with the health systems mission and values. Lead several major programs within the Academic Enterprise including Physician and Scientist Recruitment, CSMC Professorial Appointment Series, Faculty Development and Diversity, Internships Programs, Visiting Faculty and Student Programs and over 850 Medical Rotations annually. Oversee HR Services for Graduate Medical Education (residents & fellows), PhD Program, and Master\'s Programs.
