   Responsible for caseload of 30-50 cases at a time and approximately 100 per year, specializing in non-pay and holdover• Work with clients to develop case strategy to meet each person’s individual goals and needs• Negotiate settlements, engage in motion and trial practice• Negotiations often include abatements for repairs and buy-outs for moving agreements• Coordinate with social work team to connect to various social services• Work with policy team to advocate for better urban practices and agency rulemaking• To date I have assisted in over 100 clients avoiding eviction and maintaining affordable housing
