WORK HISTORY
Co-founder @Art For Humanity Foundation
New Delhi, IN
At Art for Humanity, I’m building conversations and programs around the things we all wish we were taught growing up — from how to manage money or understand consent, to how to take care of your mental health, your environment, and yourself. These are real-life skills that matter, but somehow they’re never part of formal education — and that’s the gap we’re trying to fill. One of our core programs is Chatter Crew, a life skills community for kids and teens aged 7 to 17. I’m leading everything from the content and structure to the creative direction. Through workshops, fun challenges, storytelling, and hands-on learning, we’re helping kids build habits and mindsets that’ll actually help them navigate life — not just exams. It’s not just educational — it’s human. My work includes designing curriculums, creating content, collaborating with educators and artists, building partnerships, and making sure everything we do is inclusive, engaging, and practical. I also handle the overall vision — how we grow, how we reach people, and how we keep the conversations real and relatable. At the core of it all, I want to create a space where young people feel seen, heard, and prepared — where learning feels less like a burden and more like empowerment. One of our key programs is Chatter Crew — a life skills community for kids aged 7 to 17. Through fun challenges, projects, and peer-led learning, we help them build habits that stick and develop the confidence to face the real world — beyond books and marks. My role is to design these programs, build the right collaborations, and make sure everything we do truly connects with people. The aim is simple: to equip young minds with the tools they need to grow with awareness, empathy, and strength.
ABOUT TARANPAL KAUR CHADDA
I am passionate about using art, education, and community-driven initiatives to create impact and empower people. With over 10 years of experience, my journey began as an event promoter and marketing executive, and has evolved into building initiatives that bring creativity, awareness, and social good together.I have conducted and organized art and cultural events in Mumbai and Noida, and launched the Mauka Initiative—60-hour sessions in BMC schools of Mumbai designed to give students exposure to new opportunities. These experiences shaped my belief that real change begins with awareness, creativity, and education.Today, I lead Art for Humanity, an NGO committed to raising awareness, educating, and connecting people on essential life skills—covering areas such as financial literacy, health, environment, mental well-being, self-development, sex education, and more.Under this umbrella, we run the Indian Financial Literacy Movement (IFLM), a nationwide initiative dedicated to strengthening financial knowledge, behavior, and awareness across all age groups, work profiles, and communities in India. At the heart of my work is a simple goal: to empower individuals and communities by giving them the tools, skills, and opportunities they need to thrive. I collaborate with organizations, corporates, and communities to design programs, workshops, and initiatives that create meaningful impact.
