   Justice & Mercy International (JMI) is a faith-based, nonprofit organization that exists to promote Gospel-centered life change for the poor, the vulnerable, and the forgotten. From the Amazon Jungle to Eastern Europe, our work is locally implemented through our indigenous staff on the ground. In Moldova, we prioritize caring for vulnerable children and teens who are at risk of human trafficking. In the Amazon, 80% of the population has never heard the Good News. Through training and equipping Jungle Pastors, we help bring the hope of Christ to one of the most remote and untouched places in the world.• Providing financial leadership, management, support, strategy, analysis and reporting for the organization• Leading the annual budget process and fiscal year-end projection across U.S. and international offices• Approving monthly funding requests from our NGO National Directors and monitoring their monthly performance• Overseeing the annual international consolidated audit, 990 filing, 1099 filing and W-2 reporting• Managing staff and contractors processing donor receipts, accounts payable, credit card expenses, reconciliations between systems, annual filings, accreditation and certification renewals• Reporting and presenting of financials to the Board, Executive Team and Staff• Managing company payroll, health insurance, retirement benefits and onboarding of new employees• Developing, communicating and monitoring of compliance with financial processes, procedures and controls for U.S. and international operations• Strategic planning and identification of risks and responses• Assessing and responding to changing international and national operational needs in the midst of crisis • Assisting Directors and Managers in analysis of their performance to budget• Monitoring of cash flow position and protection of financial assets
