Currently working with Amdocs, Pune as C&B expert for APAC region.Prior to Amdocs, worked as Geo C&B (APAC & Subsidiaries), later as Benefits Specialist for EMEA & APAC region with Infosys, Bangalore Additionally, have past experience as a Business Partner in my earlier stint with JSPL in their corporate office and plant location in Odisha. My diverse experience has helped me to gain an in-depth understanding of C&B and Performance Management System. I have done my PGDM (PM & HRD) from BIMM, Pune (Formally known as Indian Institute of Modern Management, I2M2). Along with PGDM I have also attained a degree in Masters in Labor Laws & Labor welfare. Furthermore, my education also includes a bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.com hrs.). With an attitude to continuously learn in life, I have always been engaged in expanding my horizons professionally as well as personally when it came to pursuing my passions.
