Led the creation of an AI-driven student ID verification system that unlocked Swiggy Student Rewards for colleges without official email domains - expanding national accessibility and solving a structural eligibility gap faced by ~50% of Tier-1 & Tier-2 institutions.• Designed a robust GenAI verification pipeline integrating pattern recognition, OCR, fraud detection, duplicate checks, Google Maps validation, and CLM ingestion - enabling automated end-to-end identity verification with manual triggers only for anomalies.• Processed IDs from colleges, flagged 20% fraudulent submissions, verified 800+ students, and unlocked incremental iOPD uplift while maintaining a 2–3% classification error margin validated through manual audits.• Automated the Swiggy for Students mailbox emails), generating verified student leads from non-college-domain emails, massively reducing manual triage time and accelerating GTM for the new verification system.• Built an AI-based evaluation model for consulting-style case decks, which scored and benchmarked 2,700+ submissions for India’s largest case competition - Food For Thought Challenge enabling automated judging, consistency, and scalable evaluation workflow for Swiggy’s flagship student event.
