I am a turnaround leader for developing and growing into large teams and having led platform, customer projects for Electric Drive, Hybrids, Electro Mobility solutions and Driver Assistance products including Inverter, e-motor, gearbox, battery management system (BMS), Front & Surround Camera, and Ultrasonic based parking systems from India.I am responsible for System engineering, Software development, Electronics, Hardware development (High voltage and PCBA design and development) and Mechanical Engineering for Platform development, customer main path and all adaptation customer projects across EU, NA and Asian region.I lead a taskforce-oriented engineering approach based on AGILE lifecycle. The major challenge is to find opportunities to reduce R&D cost, increase in value engineering, innovate business models and keep the team engaged and motivated to achieve higher productivity and efficiency.I am currently leading the R&D center for Magna Powertrain division at Magna Innovation Campus at Bengaluru, strengthening our partner relationships and driving value-based engineering solutions.As a leader I believe in harnessing best minds, agnostic of cultures, needs a higher order purpose and I believe this is possible by fostering a culture of respect, curiosity and collaboration. I personally drove a culture of \"high performance\" as a parameter in the company to unlock fearless, authentic and self-challenging attitude in workplace.Organization Culture plays a vital role in setting up GCCs (Global Capability Centers), I ensure the right organization culture to ensure long term sustainability and growth.I am highly passionate about cutting-edge technologies in AUTOMOTIVE, that facilitate new age solutions covering Connected, Electrified, Autonomous, Personalized and Multi modal transportation.
