My career has been driven by a strategic focus on operational excellence and ensuring organizational and individual readiness for change. The key factor in achieving results is a strong drive to guide and empower executives, cross-functional teams, and individuals to create efficiencies while creating buy in and ownership over the change. My experience and skills focus on Continuous Improvement, Organizational Development and Change Management, Program and Project Management, and Client Relationship Management including- Coaching senior leaders on the requirements for clear business strategies and supporting through implementation; ensuring appropriate vision, governance, leadership alignment, and success criteria are in place - Leading cross-functional process improvement programs to create organizational efficiencies and drive employee engagement - Utilizing structured approaches of proven methodologies in continuous improvement, change and project management to increase the success and ROI of business efforts - Training senior leaders and employees across the organization on the best practices and tools within an integrated approach to change and project management to develop organizational capability to manage change - Driving employee engagement through direct game stakes involvement within initiatives and implementing best practices in communication, training, and transition activities I am attracted to organizations that are progressive, have collaborative leadership, and who desire growth and excellence in efficiency and effectiveness.
