Teach primarily business courses and instill an interdisciplinary mindset. Classroom approach is a dynamic combination of lecture, discussion, videos, and case studies looking at both academic and real life business and community examples. I believe that it is imperative to inspire students to be good corporate citizens and I provide an example through service. I consider all courses and programming to be ever evolving - adapting to the students and to the external environment. Areas taught: Organizational Behaviour (including organizational development, change management, leadership, corporate culture, motivational systems), Leadership, Public Speaking, Advanced Business Communications (employment preparation, positive messaging, negative messaging, etc.), Globalization, Strategic Management, and Venture Planning (entrepreneurship).
