ABOUT TARA LUTMAN

At the age of five I was using my imagination to turn my tricycle into an ice cream machine and tree leaves into money. In other words, I’ve always seen things beyond what they are to what they could be: from my first job as a data specialist, to coaching emerging tech founders to grow globally, and now helping people build lasting legacies in the face of uncertainty. Driven by the conviction that flourishing businesses foster flourishing communities, I work with forward-thinking business and community leaders to transition to the next generation. Together we build an awe-inspiring vision that ensures their legacy endures into a future they might not see.Prior to launching my strategic foresight practice, I studied psychology then spent the first part of my career as a data specialist for the DoD helping design and build a data warehouse for decision makers in Congress and the Pentagon.After graduate school I moved to Turkiye, launching a 20+ year path to entrepreneurship, coaching and advising tech leaders from various ecosystems to raise growth capital and expand to global markets. Through this work I’ve had a front row seat to see how we can use emerging technology to shape our future. Complementing work, I’m on a year-long philosophical contemplation of “Power” and start each day with a nature walk to the Mediterranean Sea.
