   In addition to Field Coordinator responsibilities, served as NielsenIQ\'s inaugural People and Planet Leader for the U.S, spearheading employee engagement, fundraising, and volunteering efforts. • Successfully orchestrated 42 employee events throughout North America on the subjects of food equity, climate justice, education, and economic empowerment, exceeding initial target of 25. • Collaborated with HR, DE & I, and Corporate Citizenship teams to promote the program internally, personally trained 39 ambassadors, and connected ambassadors with local nonprofits and volunteers. • Managed all U.S. volunteerism efforts and reported participation statistics. • Scaling role this year to handle expanded employee workforce after major corporate merger.
