   Coach and mentor leaders, teams, product and scrum masters, on Lean Agile principles, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and a growth mindset. • Coordinate and facilitate ART level meetings including PI Planning and Inspect and Adapt (including System Demos, ART Metrics, ART Retrospective and Program Problem Solving workshops).• Support PI Execution by tracking the execution of features and capabilities through ART sync and program backlog meetings, as well as using flow metrics across the ART to identify bottlenecks and manage work in progress.• Conduct Team Maturity and Health assessments with individual teams on the ART to provide insight into current agility maturity and provide 1-3 key opportunities to help them improve.• Provide senior level reporting on ART metrics, program increment progress and impediments.• Foster effective communication across the ART facilitating regular Scrum of Scrums, Program Backlog, ART Sync, and Scrum Master CoP meetings.• Follow dependencies and support communication between scrums teams within and across ARTs.• Act as an escalation point for impediments that teams cannot resolve on their own• Develop and monitor metrics to communicate and coach progress of Agile adoption and maturity to aid in accelerating overall Agile maturity efforts.• Assist with developing and delivering training and workshops. • Tailor Lean-Agile to work for my ART in a changing hybrid working environment• Work with other RTEs to create working agreements and alignment across ARTs in the IS department• Foster a culture of openness, empathy, and shared leadership• Manage/support Agile process tool (Digital.ai Agility)
