I’ve spent the last decade figuring out how to turn \"ambiguity\" into something people actually remember.Most of my career has been defined by a love for the \"big build\"—taking a complex problem, a messy budget, or a stalled project and reframing it until the path forward is clear. Whether I was reducing operational turnaround times by 60% as an Associate Executive Director or designing a 250-event calendar that an entire organization ended up using as their blueprint, I’ve found that the best work happens when you align high-level strategy with genuine human connection.My \"superpower\"(if I have to pick one) is mentorship. I love helping staff and mentees understand that they are capable of significantly more than they think they are. I’m a \"builder-executor\" who isn\'t afraid to get my hands dirty, whether that’s auditing a $9M budget or ghostwriting for the COO.Since 2022, I’ve been wearing a lot of hats: parent, consultant, podcast producer, and content creator.
