After earning my M.S. in Psychology, I felt called to blend evidence-based practices with holistic healing modalities to support others on their wellness journeys. In 2004, I opened my first holistic counseling practice combining energy medicine, spiritual traditions, and intuitive guidance to help clients achieve greater balance, presence, and inner peace.My toolkit includes the titles: Resonance Repatterning Advanced Practitioner and Usui Reiki Master Teacher, and the credential of completing a 4-year teacher training with Leslie Temple-Thurston. I offer private virtual and in-person sessions, guiding clients to tap into their inner wisdom and live from a place of wholeness.In addition to my private practice, I teach meditation classes and workshops in NY\'s Capital Region, the Portland, OR metro area, and online.
