By supporting the commercialization and integration of new digital solutions at Synchrony, I help bring new digital capabilities to Small Business Owners, to help increase their revenue by creating seamless experiences from the moment the customer applies for one of our financial products, to the moment they complete their purchase. My biggest passion is ensuring that our clients have the solutions they need, when they need it and where they need it to better serve their customers; to help meet them where they are at.When I am not working with organizations in the Home and Auto Industry, I serve as Synchrony\'s Hispanic Network+ National Communication leader, helping engage a community of over members in our organization.Through my work in the HN+ I help build community engagement through the curation of content that focuses on Professional and Personal Development, Hispanic Culture Awareness, Community Outreach Opportunities, Financial Literacy and overall Health and Wellness.I work to support the advancement of Hispanic and Latino talent to leadership roles within my organization, both locally in North Carolina and Globally, supporting our over 13 Chapters in Synchrony.I am proud to represent the success individuals facing learning disabilities can reach, when given the opportunity to uncap their fullest potential.
