I’ve always been drawn to systems—how parts come together, how teams find alignment, and how thoughtful adjustments can unlock greater performance. Sailing has been a passion of mine since childhood, and it taught me early that a crew must work in harmony with their vessel to navigate toward a shared goal. The same applies to leading people, managing programs, and stewarding national defense platforms.My career as a Naval Aviator and senior leader has consistently reinforced my passion for helping people reach their full potential while ensuring mission success. As I transition from military service, I am seeking leadership, operations, and problem-solving roles where I can continue to make a meaningful impact. My extensive experience in Test & Evaluation, acquisition, aviation, and project management positions me to thrive in high-pressure, high-tempo, and complex environments.Despite situations that are difficult and require mental stamina, I bring a positive attitude. I also bring an understanding that everyone’s role on a team is important and even “little things” matter. They add up to make the team more successful. When I am able to lead a team with the understanding that everyone and everything they do matters, to celebrate that and to build positivity around this understanding, I am at my best.Throughout my career as a Naval Aviator and senior leader, I have believed that success happens when we make sense of complexity and create structured, reliable solutions. Whether leading teams in high-stakes environments or mentoring the next generation of leaders, I am passionate about helping people reach their full potential while ensuring mission success.As the Air Boss aboard the USS John F. Kennedy, I focused not just on operations but also on the people who made those missions possible. When I recognized gaps in morale and retention, I launched an initiative to foster a stronger, safer, and more engaged culture—ultimately improving team resilience and retention.I bring this same mindset to every challenge I face: analyzing root causes, diving deep into solutions, and implementing lasting change. As I transition from military service, I am seeking opportunities in leadership, operations, and problem-solving roles where I can continue to make a meaningful impact.
