I collaborate with the 6 Institutes of UW-Madison Division of Extension to design online training for both Extension employees and community members across the state of Wisconsin. I develop training to help diverse workforces not only communicate better, but also receive the training they need in a culturally relevant way, to perform their jobs at a high level. As part of the curriculum development process, I conduct needs analysis, write content, and design and manage learning projects. I frequently develop courses in Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and Vyond.
