About Tara Behnam
I am a senior at the University of Wisconsin-Madison double majoring in Economics and Personal Finance. I am also pursuing a Certificate/Minor in Entrepreneurship. I look forward to returning to Medline Industries in June 2026 following my graduation as a part of the Finance Development Program based in Northfield, IL. Through my studies, I’ve gained a strong foundation in financial management, risk analysis, and economic theory, and I’m excited to apply this knowledge to real-world financial scenarios. Outside the classroom, I\'m deeply involved in various campus organizations that align with my passions and goals such as Women in Finance and Accounting, Leading Women of Tomorrow, Women\'s Club Volleyball and a School of Human Ecology Student grader.My academic pursuits, leadership roles, and active involvement in campus organizations reflect my commitment to personal growth, community engagement, and professional development. With hands-on experience from experiences and leadership roles, I am equipped to bring strong organizational and communication skills to a professional setting.
