About Tara Doyle

I graduated from the University of Iowa in 2013 with a BA in Journalism and a focus in Critical Cultural Competence. I have ten years of digital marketing experience developing, implementing, and analyzing global marketing campaigns and multi-channel lifecycle outreach strategies to drive the bottom line. I enjoy melding the creative and analytical aspects of marketing to understand users, think strategically, execute campaigns, and give customers what they need while working cross-functionally with various teams from computer engineers to creative and reports data to communicate what’s working and what strategies need to pivot. I’m currently writing a YA fantasy novel and also write short stories, essays, and poetry. I’ve won a NINE dot ARTS writing competition and been published in several publications, including The Denver VOICE. My passions beyond literature and entertainment include health, outdoor recreation, and travel. My favorite place in the world is Big Sur, California, and a close second is a bakery in Kyoto, Japan, that makes the perfect fried bread.
