ABOUT TARA BASILE
As a third-year law student at Stetson University College of Law, I am proud to be heavily involved in student organizations and journals such as Stetson’s Moot Court Board, Stetson Business Law Review, Stetson Journal of Advocacy and the Law, and Stetson Ambassadors. My academic journey so far has fueled my passion for civil litigation, business law, and contracts, and I hope to obtain a job in that field upon graduation. I graduated Cum Laude from the University of South Florida, earning a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a minor in Criminology. Alongside my studies, I gained valuable social and personal skills while working in the hospitality industry as a bartender for two years before my law school journey. Meeting and serving people from all different backgrounds has improved my social skills which I am eager to leverage in my career in the legal field. I hope to make a meaningful impact in the legal field and am looking for jobs in the areas of civil litigation and business law.
