Provide leadership for all activities associated with successful creation and management of clinical applications governance structure, revamp of Informatics Portfolio, and management of varying projects.• Responsible for successful creation and ongoing program management of FHCC clinical applications portfolio governance structure including CIS Steering, Provider Ops, Clinical Nursing Ops, Clinical Design Advisory, Supportive Care, Enterprise Clinical Application Standards Councils• Management of Clinical Applications intake funnel for a variety of enhancements to Epic, integration of Third-Party Applications, and more.• Created FHCC Policy Subcommittee; led efforts establishing organizational process for new policies, existing policy review and approvals, new policies and more.• Served as interim Clinical Informatics Manager from May ‘23 to March ’24 in addition to performing Program Management role responsibilities.• Review contracts as appropriate for select contractors/application vendors as well as work through SOP’s with operational partners.• Complete renovation of Clinical Informatics Portfolio / Program• Management of varying projects, including Tiger Team approach as needed.• Built, implemented, and managed end-to-end Go Live Support framework for multiple complex implementations across FHCC.• Daily communicate and lead presentations to all levels of clinical and application leadership, staff, contractors, etc.
