Provide full life cycle recruitment support for high level exempt positions across the national footprint of Wells Fargo Corporate Risk, including difficult to fill analytical & quantitative positions within Credit Risk, Operational Risk and Financial Crimes. • Develop recruitment strategies in conjunction with business leaders to address potential talent gaps within their organizations and to address historically difficult to fill positions. • Consult with business leaders on the entire selection & hiring process, including the importance of a fair & compliant process, specifically as it relates to OFCCP guidelines and EEOC regulations. • Consult with business leaders on Affirmative Action including current areas of underutilization within their organizations, recommending creative recruiting tactics to source diverse talent. • Develop relationships with diversity alliances, counsels, affinity groups, and professional associations to cultivate effective networking and referral sources. • Utilize direct sourcing, cold calling, competitor research, internet searches, networking and referrals to develop a pipeline of passive external Audit & Risk talent with a focus on diversity.
