I’m a justice-informed advocate, trauma survivor, and professional communicator working at the intersection of criminal justice, mental health, and restorative systems of care.After 25 years in the field—serving youth, families, and adults impacted by the justice system—I founded The Echoed Whisper and Ink™ and Echoed Initiatives to do what I’ve always done: amplify stories that matter, advocate for equity, and help systems remember the people they were meant to serve.My work spans:Restorative justice and diversion strategiesMental health and substance use treatmentCourt-based advocacy and community-based program designTrauma-informed supervision, training, and documentation practicesI write, teach, and consult from a place of lived experience—combined with evidence-based strategy.
