The Director of Membership encourages member engagement and retention within the Club by consistently introducing new members to other integral parts of the Club, including but not limited to: group fitness, personal training, spa and tennis. This position also works with the Marketing team to develop unique and quality lead generation plans in order to create avenues for member enrollments generating additional revenues and delivering results.
