Welcome to my profile. I am a future-facing leader with more than 20 years in educational leadership. I have a post-graduate degree and extensive experience leading cross-functional teams in needs assessments and data research/analysis to develop new curricula and determine best learning solutions. I am passionate about what I have accomplished in my career because I have supported the development of tomorrow’s leaders. I thrive in busy, fast-paced environments, where critical thinking skills are required, and quick and accurate decisions are crucial. I can multi-task and manage multiple projects, simultaneously, and am proficient at utilizing a variety of technology and applications. With a proven track record of designing and executing new, innovative programs, I can balance speed to market and scale. A strategic thinker, I can manage project logistics and milestones, from inception to completion, and ensure all projects and initiatives stay on scheduled and budget. With a talent for communication, I can forge and foster strong inclusive relationships with peers, partners, vendors, and other stakeholders, while also writing scripts and other course materials, and demonstrating expertise in grammar, punctuation, spelling, and copyright compliance. My team is important to me, so I take time to train, coach, and mentor each team member. As a result, I am able to create an environment of cohesion and team spirit, with optimal levels of engagement and performance. A brief sample of my accomplishments includes: 1) Established subcommittees to address student safety and mental health protocols for dealing with disciplinary issues. leading to an increase in successful preventative measures; 2) Introduced teacher development initiatives, to increase educator awareness for social/emotional learning strategies with students, resulting in an increase in positive response rate from students previously identified on behavioral modification plans; 3) Orchestrated efficient implementation of required state and district assessments; 4) Developed process to identify students receiving support and related interventions, leading to a reduction in baseline reporting timeframe over 10-months. Also, increased testing efficiency each year, and 5) Collaborated on programs to increase access to digital technology, and by the end of the first year, 100% of students used personal technology devices to enhance their learning.
