About Tara Nye

Tara was previously at Colliers International, specializing in retail strip center sales for the Milano-Glickman team. She underwrote, marketed and sold over $160 million in retail properties. Although the decision was difficult, Tara felt she had cultivated her commercial experience extensively throughout the years and decided to join her family commercial real estate business to further help its profitability through property development.Prior to joining the group, she was the Director of Operations for the National Self Storage group of Marcus & Millichap. There she brought 14 years of experience and expertise into the investment and management of multiple product types including retail, self-storage, and industrial. She has a solid background in real estate, finance and economics and a keen sense of industry markets and trends. She has handled the disposition of more than 200 commercial property transactions totaling more than $1 billion in volume in her career. She has assisted private equity firms, institutions and private investors in the disposition and acquisition of multiple portfolios and property investments nationwide.Tara was also on the ground floor of a start-up of another collaborative real estate firm in Tampa and assisted them in growing from three employees to three offices and over 50 staff members Nationwide.
