Established in 1984 by John Zarcaro, a former Navy pilot and NASA engineer, the company began as a software research and development firm and has since expanded into a multidisciplinary organization offering a wide range of services.Currently lead the talent acquisition efforts at GCS with exceptional results, achieving an 85% reduction in time-to-hire and a 20% increase in employee retention. I designed and executed forward-thinking recruitment strategies, incorporating employer branding and targeted social media campaigns to enhance outreach. I proactively built and maintained a robust talent pipeline through strategic sourcing and relationship development.
