I help organisations transform how they work - through people, capability and simplicity.With over 15 years’ experience, I’ve led people transformation, continuous improvement and operational change across multi-market, regulated and high-complexity environments. I work at the intersection of people, process and technology, supporting organisations through large-scale transformation, operating model change and the adoption of new ways of working.My approach brings together people strategy, workforce readiness, capability building, operational excellence and change delivery. I partner closely with senior leaders to diagnose what’s getting in the way, simplify processes, design practical solutions and embed sustainable ways of working that support performance and delivery.I’ve led people and readiness plans for multi-year transformation programmes, refreshed organisational capability frameworks, supported system and process change, coached leaders through significant periods of transition and delivered improvement initiatives that reduce friction, improve efficiency and build confidence across teams.Whether the challenge is scaling adoption, improving operational performance, reducing waste, supporting technology-enabled change or aligning people to a new operating model, I combine strategic thinking with hands-on pragmatism to make change achievable - and measurable.I do my best work where complexity needs clarity, where leaders value a trusted partner and where people-centred transformation makes the difference between change that’s announced and change that truly lands.
