Workplace Solutions Corporate Transactions team, which supports a 7MM+ SF portfolio with over properties in 40 states and Puerto Rico. • Portfolio management and planning for Humana’s retail (nationally + Puerto Rico), clinical, and home health business segments• Providing proactive consultation on real estate to key business partners, including criteria and impact of transactions (financial, project schedule, terms, etc.)• Manage timing and execution of renewals, options, and terminations for existing portfolio in alignment with overall business strategy• Lead site selection and lease negotiations for new retail & medical clinic sites, relocations, and renewals• Manage 3rd party brokerage team on Humana’s corporate account as well as regional brokers for individual projects• Ensure Enterprise strategic alignment in real estate activities• Coordinate cross functionally with internal teams, including project management, design, facility management• Manage to annual capital & operating budget and ensure projects align with budget
