I’ve spent the last 15+ years scaling scrappy startups at critical inflection points — from 8 employees to 800. My experience spans in Operational strategy, People & Talent, and Chief of Staff work across SaaS, fintech (including insurtech), proptech, life sciences, and consumer tech/e-commerce. I thrive in the messy middle, turning chaos into scalable systems that keep teams moving fast, aligned, and ready for growth.Over the years, I’ve designed and run OKRs and strategic planning, partnering with executives and managers to align on goals. I’ve supported fundraising due diligence and investor relations through multiple rounds from Seed to Series C. I’ve built and implemented scalable systems (Rippling, Justworks, Greenhouse, Gusto, Lattice, Breezy, Pave, Vanta, Carta, Notion) to automate workflows and cut inefficiencies.I’ve also led strategic Talent Acquisition — not just filling seats, but knowing when the business is ready to hire, what roles unlock the most impact, and how to design hiring processes that scale. In addition, I’ve owned compliance and risk across SOC audits, multi-state employment, and global workforce setups (PEO/EOR), while developing onboarding, culture, and employee programs that strengthen engagement and retention.At my core, I love building clarity out of chaos — helping scrappy teams punch above their weight while keeping people, culture, and operations aligned with growth.
