To deliver the best customer experience we interpret customer requirements, develop relevant services and ensure they are robust, compliant and operated effectively throughout the full lifecycle of technology.During my career in leadership of contract capture and strategic pursuits, I evolved our team from transactional pursuits to strategic contract acquisition while aligning resources and driving compliant processes across public and corporate sales. I am passionate about the power of diversity and enjoy contributing to groups and communities both inside and outside CDW where I advise on fostering leadership talent.My career has provided me with the experience and insight required to analyse and interpret customer requirements and to shape relevant solutions and services.
