Lead health and safety professional staff with 4 employees which supports all production and workover operations across Oklahoma and Texas- Monitor team and employee performance and develop team members for future roles across Devon business. Monitoring includes continuous feedback and development plans- Leading KPA application rollout across all Devon Energy for field staff to be able to complete safety permits digitally. Load all permits in application, pilot use in field, setup licensing across company, and work with IT staff to embed as part of work order system- EHS Lead for Cority Incident Management System that was rolled out to organization in 2024. Assisted in company configuration and led training across organization. Continue quarterly testing and monitor issues with IT- Primary business support for Human Organizational Performance (HOP) pilot at Devon. My staff member is currently testing how Devon can implement HOP in the company as the next natural progression of its safety program and culture. Monitor progress and streamline communication up and down the organization hierarchy- Deliver analysis from audit and incident data back to management for identifying trends and focus areas for operations and contractor management- Assist IT team in development of Safety Agent AI Tool. Currently is designed to look at all company EHS data for trends and analysis. Next phase is to load all EHS protocols and setup definitions for AI to provide key information to field staff.
