About Tara Jafarmadar
My passion for sustainable development has led me on a career journey through multiple disciplines. Currently, I am working as the CEO and Co-founder of Susty, a platform aimed at making it easier to be a conscious consumer by elevating companies/brands that are doing good for our health, people & planet. Through my experiences, I have learned that I thrive working on complex problems alongside purpose-driven leaders. This personal strength coupled with my passion for sustainability, led me to co-found Susty. Prior to this, I worked for 5+ years at Google, starting out at Google Fiber, supporting an unprecedented, mass deployment of high-speed internet infrastructure in Texas and Oklahoma. I later took on a role within Google’s Real Estate Organization, supporting Google Search and AI’s senior leaders with their global real estate strategies, while also acting as a Development Executive for sustainable infrastructure projects.
