About Tara Hutchison
Over 14 years of experience in the medical field in all areas of revenue cycle including financial counseling. I have successfully developed financial counselor and patient financial advocate positions in both oncology and mental health, in addition negotiated profitable reimbursement rates on out of network policies for patient therapy. I have developed excellent working relationships with sales reps, financial counselors, billing staff, management, and others within both hospital and outpatient centers to advise and educate on procurement of medications, payer policies and reimbursement, copay and other financial assistance options in fields such as Oncology, Neurology (migraine,) Rheumatology, and substance abuse/opioid addiction.
