Responsible for instructing a dance fitness class of approximately five to twenty students. We cover the four basic rhythmic moves, including Merengue, Salsa, Cumbia and Reggaeton. Involves dance and aerobic elements that’s an exhilarating dance-fitness sensation! My class blends upbeat world rhythms with easy-to-follow choreography, for a total-body workout that feels like a celebration. Obtained Zumba Basic One Instructor Certification on March 30, 2013. Currently teaching two classes at Just for Ladies Fitness in Tulsa and Broken Arrow locations.
