About Tara Geiger
Tara Geiger is a program manager and researcher driven by a passion for regenerative agriculture. With an M.S. in Plant Sciences, she offers a strong technical focus on soil health and remediation, along with sustainable farming practices. Ms. Geiger is experienced in both quantitative and qualitative research, including drafting protocols and methodologies; developing research designs and data collection instruments; managing data and conducting data quality reviews; and performing statistical analyses using R, Minitab, and Excel. With nearly 20 years in international development, she has overseen a broad range of USG and non-USG funded programs from start-up to close-out. She can effectively coordinate among diverse project teams of staff, consultants, partners, and local sub-contractors spanning multiple geographic regions and is highly adept at managing workplans, deliverables, and deadlines.
