ABOUT TARA GARLAND

Tara Garland, a Senior Project Manager at DaVinci Development Collaborative, LLC, works with Senior DaVinci Development Management in the planning and successful execution of new development projects. Tara coordinates a variety of project work, serving as the central point for communication and decision making between owners and the development team. Tara has experience managing construction, medical equipment, furniture, non-medical equipment, moves, schedule, and budgets. Tara has eight years of project management experience in the manufacturing and construction industries and loves working with diverse and multidisciplinary project teams. She began her career at Eastman Chemical Company as a Mechanical Engineer leading projects in the manufacturing areas until she was given the opportunity to work on the Lean Six Sigma team at the same company. Prior to joining DaVinci Development, Tara served as Assistant Project Manager at CA South LLC, assisting in the management of corporate interior construction projects. Tara received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Master of Real Estate Development from Georgia Institute of Technology where she was a finalist in the Urban Land Institute Hines Student Competition.
